Local planner data
Oil-profit scenarios, maintenance rows, worker comparisons, upgrade ratings, achievement checkmarks, barrel goals, patch selections and PC specification notes use versioned localStorage keys. You can clear each planner with its Reset control or clear site data in the browser. Local data is not a game save and is not transmitted by the planner code.
Hosting and operational logs
The production host may process ordinary request information such as IP address, user agent, path and response timing for security, reliability and aggregate diagnostics. Retention and infrastructure behavior follow the hosting provider's policies.
Third-party advertising
Eligible guide, tool and homepage pages use third-party advertising inventory delivered through profitableratecpmnetwork.com and highrevenueformat.com. The advertising provider and its delivery partners may receive ordinary request and device information such as IP address, user agent, referrer, page URL, screen characteristics and ad interactions, and may use cookies, pixels or similar technologies for delivery, frequency control, measurement, fraud prevention and interest-based advertising. Privacy, Terms, About, Editorial Policy and Search pages are excluded. Tools omit Popunder and Social Bar. Popunder script loading on other eligible pages is limited to once per 30 minutes per browser-tab session; if session storage is unavailable it is omitted.
Advertising formats and choices
Advertising can include display banners, native units, a Social Bar and a Popunder that may open a separate tab or window after an interaction. Sponsored recommendation links are clearly labelled and open only when you deliberately select them. You can block or clear cookies and site data in your browser, use browser tracking protections or an ad blocker, and avoid sponsored links. Regional consent requirements and the provider's end-to-end consent signals have not been independently verified by this site; those controls remain under review.
Purchase disclosure
Purchase cards currently link to official Steam without an affiliate relationship. If a verified affiliate retailer is added, its card will visibly disclose the commission relationship. Dated prices are snapshots and the retailer checkout determines the current price.
External links
Steam and other cited sources are external sites with their own privacy practices. Following a source link leaves Black Gold Wiki.
