Timber to first oil

The field starts before the well. Clear the site, process timber against a known build requirement, assemble the derrick, then verify every board and connection before calling the chain ready.

Production desk

Drilling is a connected system

Derricks, pumpjacks and Large Oil Pumps only earn their place when storage and sale flow can absorb output. Public sources do not provide universal rates, so this desk stays operational and evidence-led.

Keep iron working

Rust, grinding gears, valves and spare parts are not flavor text—they are the uptime loop. Read the active cue, service the highest-consequence confirmed need, and verify downstream flow afterward.

Workers need a real bottleneck

Hiring and upgrades are official systems, but no public official coefficient makes one worker universally best. Put labor against a visible repeated task, observe the change, then strengthen home and skills when the field can use them.

Ledger & dispatch

Store it. Move it. Sell it.

A big gross receipt is not profit. Follow crude into barrels or silos, confirm the tanker interaction, and keep production, sale value, maintenance, labor and transport entries separate.

Technology without invented recipes

Technology and expansion are verified. The Train Station clock received a 1.0.1 visual fix. That does not establish refinery recipes or electricity coefficients; those details remain unverified.
