Workers & Crew Guide
Workers extend the operation only when assigned to a visible bottleneck and supported by the home base and field layout. Official pages confirm hiring, roles and upgrades, but not a universal worker coefficient, so judge benefit from your own observed queue and output.
The field decision
Workers extend the operation only when assigned to a visible bottleneck and supported by the home base and field layout. Official pages confirm hiring, roles and upgrades, but not a universal worker coefficient, so judge benefit from your own observed queue and output.
Official current-build and patch facts are cited below. Suggested checks are editorial guidance; historical demo sources retain their original dates.
Quick facts
- Lumberjack work speed increased.
- Aerocopters operate significantly faster.
- Hiring workers for different roles is an official feature.
- Workers can be upgraded to improve company efficiency.
- Home-base improvements are linked to conditions and new functions.
- Exact role multipliers and best-worker formulas are Not verified yet.
Current-build changes: 1.0.1
Both the Lumberjack’s work speed and Lumberjack aerocopter operation were increased in 1.0.1. This makes older timing complaints worth retesting, but the patch publishes no multiplier or universal wood-per-minute rate. Separate tree cutting from transport: faster cutting cannot clear a blocked delivery route, and faster flights do not prove that a dropped log reached the construction target.
Walkthrough
- 01
Read the field
Name the repeated manual task or queue that is limiting the field.
- 02
Stabilize the bottleneck
Assign or upgrade one worker against that bottleneck rather than spreading changes everywhere.
- 03
Record the result
Observe whether the queue, travel or idle time visibly improves.
- 04
Choose the next move
Enter cost, rated benefit and importance in the worker planner for a transparent comparison.

Common mistakes
- Applying pre-patch advice to lumberjack speed and aerocopter guide without comparing the corrected behavior.
- Treating an editorial troubleshooting step as an officially tested workaround.
Current context: patch 1.0.1. Historical demo mechanics remain qualified; check the source ledger before treating them as current-build behavior.
